Shipping policy

At CAMP LA FLAMME®, every piece is crafted and fulfilled with precision, intention, and respect for process. Because of the made-to-order and limited-release nature of our house, we approach each shipment as an extension of our design philosophy — deliberate, thoughtful, and handled with care.


Order Processing

Each order is individually verified, prepared, and packaged by our fulfillment team.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for order verification, preparation, and packaging before shipment.

  • Made-to-Order / Pre-Order Items: For select collections or exclusive drops, extended lead times of 2–4 weeks may apply. Estimated fulfillment windows will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your delivery in real time.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, weight, and service level.

  • Expedited or international delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

  • CAMP LA FLAMME® is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes applied by your destination country.

For international orders, customs processing times and import fees vary by location. Customers are responsible for any associated duties or tariffs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear once the carrier has received the shipment.

To maintain the integrity of limited releases, tracking numbers may be held until official collection release dates have passed.


Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and begin production after the order window closes.

  • Estimated delivery dates will be stated on the product page.

  • Due to the exclusive nature of these releases, all pre-order sales are final.

  • Cancellations or modifications to pre-orders are not permitted once processing has begun.

We view pre-orders as a commitment between the studio and the collector — every piece made intentionally for you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is missing or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. While CAMP LA FLAMME® is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, we will assist where possible to help resolve the situation.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before finalizing your order. CAMP LA FLAMME® is not liable for delayed or lost shipments due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses. Certain regions may be restricted due to carrier limitations or regulatory compliance.
